Advent 2022

Advent, the four weeks leading up to Christmas, is a season where we prepare to welcome Christ in fresh ways in our lives and hearts. We invite you to make a commitment to worship and spiritual growth and participate in one of the opportunities for connection and study. We’ll be exploring the journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem, using The Journey by Adam Hamilton, who recorded his presentations from the Holy Land. No study experience necessary. Click here for more information as well as dates/times of the studies. Contact Jen Lisowski with any additional questions.

At Hopewell, we value mission-focused ministry, so throughout the season of Advent, we invite you to share the love and light of Jesus with a resident of a local nursing facility through a “Blessing Bag”. Take a tag from the tree in the lobby, and return your gift by January 1. Gifts will be distributed during the MLK Weekend of Service.

We are excited to provide a daily devotional, which features the reflections of Hopewell members of all ages as they consider how some beloved and fun Christmas traditions help them (and us) celebrate Jesus. This Advent Devotional will be viewable online here and available to download or print here.
